Future Meeting:
Budapest, Hungary
Our next meeting will be in Budapest, Hungary on July 12-13, 2008. We have strategically chosen this location and date as Budapest will also be the site of two other international meetings:
World Buiatrics Congress July 6-11International Congress on Animal Reproduction July 13-17
Thus, we expect to attract participants attending one or both of these other international meetings. We are extending a warm invitation to anyone with an interest in animal andrology to attend our meeting.
Meeting Location
Our meeting will be held at the IBIS Budapest Aero hotel, with easy access to the international airport, the other two meetings, and downtown.

Oral and Poster Presentations
We are soliciting abstracts for brief presentations (15 minutes) and posters. This is an excellent forum for graduate students to present their findings.
Submission of Abstract
Please submit abstracts (maximum 350 words, including title, authors names and affiliations) by email to John Kastelic (kastelicj@agr.gc.ca). The deadline for receipt of abstracts is June 1, 2008. With your abstract, please indicate whether you prefer to have an oral presentation or a poster; we will try to honor your request. The meeting proceedings will be compiled on a CD and will be posted on our website.
Fees
The meeting registration fee for AAAA is 80 Euros for registered members of AAAA, or students (vet student, intern, resident, or graduate student). For all others, registration is 120 Euros (includes a 2-year membership in AAAA). Registration includes 3 coffee breaks and a formal dinner.
Accomodations
Single room rate: 65 Euros
Double room rate: 76 Euros
Note that these are special rates for those attending the meeting. These rates include a buffet breakfast, value added tax and city tax.
